6 playrooms in Belgrade where parents and kids can actually eat

Finding a playroom in Belgrade is easy. Finding one where parents can order something more substantial than coffee, juice and cake can be a little harder.

So we looked for indoor playgrounds in Belgrade with real food — places offering pizza, breakfast, pasta, sandwiches or other proper meals during a family visit.

There is one important distinction: this is not a list of restaurants with a few toys in the corner. These places are primarily kids' playrooms, but they also give hungry parents much better options.

1. La Giungla — Palilula

La Giungla is one of the clearest examples of a proper playroom with a restaurant.

Children have a large indoor play structure, climbing elements, a ball pit and slides, while parents have a café and restaurant area. The venue also operates as a regular children's amusement centre rather than only a private birthday venue.

There is also a La Giungla Pizzeria at the same address, with pizzas including Margherita, Capricciosa, Pepperoni and prosciutto options, as well as desserts. That makes it easy to combine a long play session with lunch or an early dinner.

Address: Kneza Danila 9, Belgrade
Best for: a large playroom plus pizza and a proper meal.

2. Laza i Maza — Sremčica

Laza i Maza has one of the most extensive food menus on this list.

This is a genuine café playroom with its own kitchen, serving sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, burritos, tortillas, Caesar salad, pasta, chicken, fries and pancakes.

It is a particularly good choice if you want to spend several hours at an indoor playground without having to move the family somewhere else for lunch afterwards.

Address: Beogradska 261, Sremčica
Best for: lunch plus a longer play session.

3. Gotivac — Voždovac

Gotivac is a large indoor playground in Belgrade, covering around 500 square metres and designed mainly for children aged 2–10.

Its concept specifically includes parents being able to sit down for coffee and order a proper meal while their children play. Porridge, protein shakes and healthier drinks are also part of the offer.

This makes Gotivac a good option when you want a real play centre rather than a small play corner inside a café.

Address: Ustanička 94, Belgrade
Best for: a large indoor playground plus food.

4. Avokado Playroom — New Belgrade

Avokado is a modern playroom in New Belgrade with an indoor play space, café, garden and outdoor playground.

The café goes beyond coffee and soft drinks. The venue specifically mentions a selection of sweet and savoury food as well as meals, so parents can actually eat while children play.

Avokado also offers regular daily play, and you normally do not need a reservation unless the space has been booked for a private event.

Address: Jurija Gagarina 80e, Novi Beograd
Best for: spending a few hours in New Belgrade with food available on site.

5. Čoko Moko — New Belgrade

Čoko Moko offers a calmer café & play experience, particularly suitable for younger children.

The play area focuses on Montessori and educational toys, while the café and kitchen offer more than drinks: parents can order breakfast, freshly prepared porridge, croissants and homemade cake.

It is an especially convenient option for a morning family outing when you want breakfast and playtime in the same place.

Address: Tošin bunar 270đ, Novi Beograd
Best for: breakfast, a light meal and younger children.

6. Kežual Kids — Vračar

Kežual has an unusual but useful setup: Kežual Kids and Kežual Bar share the same address.

The Kids side is a children's playroom, while the Bar serves specialty coffee and simple everyday food and is suitable for a quick lunch. Both spaces also have garden areas, creating a family-friendly setup where parents can relax while children play.

Food for children's celebrations is also prepared on site in their own kitchen.

Address: Mileševska 34, Vračar
Best for: playtime plus coffee or a light lunch in Vračar.

Which playroom should you choose?

If food is a major priority, start with La Giungla or Laza i Maza. Both come particularly close to the ideal combination of a real kids' playroom and proper food.

For a large traditional indoor playground, Gotivac is a good option. In New Belgrade, Avokado works well for a longer family visit, while Čoko Moko is particularly convenient for breakfast and younger children. In Vračar, Kežual Kids combines a playroom and food at the same location.

One practical tip: many playrooms in Belgrade host private birthday parties at weekends, so it is worth checking whether regular daily play is available before you leave home.
